A deeply nourishing 6-week yoga journey to reconnect you with your body, calm your nervous system, and cultivate true presence.

Each 75-minute session combines yin yoga, somatic awareness, and gentle introspective inquiry. This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and gently meet yourself — just as you are.

Recalibrate is a tender 4-hour gathering woven with slow yoga, deep meditation, reflective journaling, and a lovingly prepared plant-based meal — each element an invitation to return to the rhythm of your own breath.

This is a space to soften the edges, to let your nervous system exhale, and to root back into the body as sanctuary.
As the world spins fast around you, Recalibrate offers stillness — a gentle recalibration of the senses, the spirit, the self.
