Shakti Healing is a holistic practice established in 2013, offering gentle, intuitive support for those seeking balance, calm, and reconnection. With a focus on nervous system regulation, treatments and practices are designed to ease stress, restore equilibrium, and invite a deeper sense of presence.
Holistic therapies take place aboard a peaceful canal boat, moored in a quintessential English village. Surrounded by the natural world and the gentle movement of water, this unique setting offers a calming and restorative space for therapeutic work.
Treatments include:
Nurturing Touch & Pressure Point Massage – To soothe tension and ground the body
Aromatherapy – Blending essential oils to support emotional and physical wellbeing
Reflexology – Working through the feet to balance internal systems
Holistic Facials – Gentle, nourishing care for the skin and nervous system
Alongside bodywork, Shakti Healing offers a slow, embodied approach to yoga. Classes focus on somatic movement, breath awareness, and connection with the body—supporting regulation and rest from within.

Somatic Yin Yoga
£10 + Online - Monday evenings on Zoom

Somatic Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that invites you out of the mind and into the felt experience of your body. Blending the stillness of yin yoga with somatic principles and nervous system awareness, these sessions offer a gentle yet profound path toward deeper embodiment and emotional regulation.
Each posture is held with care and presence, creating space to notice, feel, and soften. You're invited into moments of quiet introspection, supported by self-enquiry prompts that gently explore your inner landscape—helping you attune to what’s alive beneath the surface.
This practice isn’t about achieving shapes but about deep listening—following sensation, breath, and emotion as guides. Over time, it becomes a personal ritual of nervous system nourishment, inner clarity, and quiet transformation.
Sessions are offered 1:1 in person aboard the boat, or in group settings both online and in person

Rooted in slowness and deep listening, the days unfold with embodied practices that invite rest, release, and restoration. Through somatic movement and gentle yin postures, you’ll explore the language of your body. Somatic touch offers further support—grounding, regulating, and helping to melt patterns of holding.
We pause to share vibrant, lovingly-prepared plant-based meals that honor the connection between nourishment and vitality. Each bite becomes part of the healing.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, closes the space—an invitation into deep rest and inner spaciousness, where the subconscious can unwind and the soul can speak.
These offerings are for anyone craving slowness, softness, and soul-level replenishment. Whether for a few hours or a few days, you'll leave feeling more connected, more whole, and more at home in yourself.
